DAG Industries Nigeria Limited, an authorised distributor of Bajaj Auto Ltd. and MRF Tyres in Nigeria, operates across motorcycles, tricycles, tyres, spare parts, lubricants and after-sales services. The company is recruiting three experienced Regional Managers to drive lubricant sales, expand market share and strengthen distribution networks across its assigned regions. Candidates with proven experience in lubricant sales are particularly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and sales targets.
• Drive lubricant sales and distribution to dealers, distributors, retailers and corporate customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key accounts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and sales performance.
• Manage regional sales activities and prepare performance reports.
• Ensure effective market coverage across assigned regions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in lubricant sales is mandatory.
• Demonstrable experience selling lubricant products.
• Strong knowledge of distribution channels, customer acquisition and regional sales management.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth.

Benefits:

• Monthly salary of ₦800,000 to ₦1,000,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
