Responsibilities

Business Development Executive (Medical Diagnostic Centre)

• Develop strategies to increase patient referrals and revenue.
• Build relationships with hospitals, clinics, HMOs, consultants, and corporate organizations.
• Promote laboratory and diagnostic imaging services.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term clients.
• Deliver sales presentations and business proposals.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Prepare business development and sales reports.
• Represent the organization at meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
• Support marketing campaigns and brand awareness initiatives.

Marketing Officer (Premium Farm Produce Company)

• Drive sales of farm produce and food products.
• Identify and onboard new wholesale, retail, and institutional customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, supermarkets, and key accounts.
• Execute marketing and sales strategies to increase market share.
• Conduct market intelligence and customer research.
• Handle customer negotiations and after-sales support.
• Promote products through physical and digital marketing channels.
• Prepare periodic sales reports and achieve sales targets.

Requirements

Business Development Executive

• Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, Radiography, Physiotherapy, or any Biological Science discipline.
• 2-3 years' experience in healthcare business development or sales.
• MBA or Business Development certification is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of the healthcare industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Strong analytical, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.

Marketing Officer

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 1-2 years' experience in FMCG, farm produce, or related product sales.
• Enterprise Development or related professional training is an advantage.
• Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of the FMCG or farm produce market.
• Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and TikTok marketing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
