A fast-growing B2B AI company is seeking an experienced Webflow Developer to take ownership of its website and build high-performing, conversion-focused web experiences. The role combines Webflow development, landing page creation, technical SEO, performance optimisation, and conversion testing in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities:

• Build, update, and maintain website pages in Webflow.
• Develop high-converting landing pages for campaigns and product launches.
• Translate Figma designs into responsive web pages.
• Manage the Webflow CMS and organize dynamic content.
• Optimize website speed, Core Web Vitals, and technical SEO.
• Support A/B testing and conversion optimization initiatives.
• Troubleshoot website issues and maintain a clean, scalable website structure.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with Webflow, including CMS, responsive design, interactions, and custom code.
• Experience building websites for B2B SaaS or technology companies.
• Ability to accurately translate Figma designs into responsive web pages.
• Good understanding of website performance, technical SEO, and conversion best practices.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
