CHI Limited, popularly known for brands such as Chivita and Hollandia, is recruiting trainees for its 2026 Sales Trainee Programme. The programme offers graduates the opportunity to build practical FMCG sales experience through extensive field exposure, distributor management, territory sales and performance tracking.

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales performance across an assigned territory.
• Manage and support distributors and field sales teams.
• Ensure product availability, visibility and distribution coverage.
• Conduct daily field visits and structured performance reviews.
• Coach and support sales representatives in the field.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Use digital sales tools to track execution and performance.
• Work with distributors, wholesalers, key outlets, neighbourhood stores and retail outlets.
• Participate in essential Saturday activities when required, including field operations, inventory management, reconciliation and training.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND.
• Applicants should be interested in building a career in sales and FMCG.
• Ability to work extensively within an assigned territory.
• Willingness to work in a field-based environment.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday requirements.
• Ability to start field activities as early as 7:30 AM when required.
