Requirements
Financial & Accounting Roles
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline.
- Professional certifications (ICAN, ACCA, CIMA, CFA or equivalent) are advantageous depending on the role.
- Relevant experience ranging from 3-7 years.
- Strong Excel, analytical and financial modelling skills.
Business Development & Commercial Roles
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
- 2-6 years of business development, commercial or leadership experience depending on role.
- Renewable energy industry experience is preferred.
- Strong sales, negotiation and client relationship skills.
Project & Engineering Roles
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management or related discipline.
- Relevant project management or engineering experience.
- Knowledge of renewable energy projects is an advantage.
Sales Roles
- OND, HND or Bachelor's degree depending on the position.
- 1-4 years of sales or field operations experience.
- Experience in renewable energy, PAYGO, telecoms or FMCG is an advantage.
- Strong communication and customer management skills.
Junior Technician
- Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
