ITHAC is recruiting an Entry-Level Human Resource Specialist to join its team in Abuja. This hybrid opportunity is ideal for recent graduates, NYSC members, and early-career professionals looking to gain practical experience in Human Resources while growing in an innovation-driven organisation.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Respond to staff enquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
• Assist with employee engagement and training initiatives
• Support performance review processes and HR reporting
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and HR information
• Perform general HR and administrative duties

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Benefits

• Monthly salary of ₦90,000 - ₦100,000 (based on qualifications and experience)
