• Complete all required CHIETA theoretical modules for the trade.
• Undergo intensive on-the-job training and other related training.
• Provide support to the production process with adequate levels of availability and reliability.
• Demonstrate the ability to practically conduct maintenance and installations of mechanical equipment.
• Learn how to problem-solve and troubleshoot.
• Adhere to plant rules and regulations.
