Asad Energy Fleet Ltd. is opening 50 internship slots for young Nigerians interested in developing practical skills in vehicle engineering and Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) conversion. Participants will receive hands-on instruction in the company's conversion workshops, with an opportunity to secure permanent employment after completing the training and meeting the company's confirmation requirements. The programme is particularly suited to applicants who want to build technical careers through practical workshop experience, even without formal academic qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in practical training on converting vehicles to operate with Compressed Natural Gas.
• Learn and carry out assigned mechanical and technical workshop activities under supervision.
• Develop familiarity with CNG conversion equipment, tools and workshop procedures.
• Follow operational instructions and applicable workshop safety practices.
• Demonstrate the technical skills acquired during the training period.

Requirements:

• Applicants must be between 18 and 29 years old.
• Must be willing to work at any of the company's CNG conversion workshops across Nigeria.
• Must be interested in mechanical, automotive or technical work.
• Must be prepared to participate in practical, hands-on training.
• Previous experience as a mechanic, electrician or panel beater will be an added advantage.
• No formal educational qualification is required.
