ARIL Technologies Limited is recruiting recent graduates for its six-month Graduate Automation Engineer Development Programme, designed to build practical expertise in Industrial Automation and Control. The programme combines intensive technical training with exposure to real engineering projects, with high-performing trainees potentially considered for permanent employment at the end of the programme. Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training in industrial automation and control.
• Develop practical skills through real-life engineering projects and process development.
• Apply PLC, HMI/SCADA, networking and systems integration concepts to technical assignments.
• Participate in troubleshooting, engineering documentation, FAT/SAT and commissioning activities.
• Demonstrate continuous improvement in technical competence, problem-solving and engineering judgement throughout the programme.

Requirements

• HND, B.Sc., B.Eng. or B.Tech qualification.
• Degree background in Electrical/Electronics, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer, Instrumentation/Control or related Engineering disciplines.
• Relevant Science/Technology backgrounds such as Mathematics, Physics or Computer Science are also considered.
• Must have completed NYSC.
• Little or no industrial automation experience is required.
• Strong logical and analytical thinking.
• Genuine interest in technology and willingness to learn and practise.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Candidates from all degree classes are welcome.
