Available Positions

1. National Consultant – Maternal Nutrition (BEP Policy & Programme Analysis)al Consultant – Maternal Nutrition (BEP Policy & Programme Analysis)

Location: Abuja (Home-based with field visits) | Duration: 4.4 Months | Contract: Consultancy

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct policy review and landscape analysis for maternal nutrition in Nigeria
  • Assess programme management and service delivery related to Balanced Energy Protein (BEP) supplementation
  • Analyse data and provide actionable insights for policy and planning
  • Collaborate with UNICEF, WFP, and government stakeholders
  • Develop technical reports and recommendations
  • Requirements:
  • Advanced degree (Master's or higher) in Nutrition, Public Health, Biostatistics, Health Policy, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years experience in maternal and child nutrition policy and programming
  • Strong experience working within Nigeria's nutrition and health systems
  • Expertise in data analysis, surveys, and policy development
  • Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Knowledge of UN systems is an added advantage
