This role is ideal for an HR professional with leadership experience who can drive talent management, policy development, recruitment, compliance, and employee performance in a dynamic consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee human resources and administrative operations
• Manage recruitment, staffing, and talent acquisition processes
• Drive performance management initiatives
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
• Manage HR documentation and records
• Administer compensation and employee-related programmes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Administration, or a related field
• Professional HR qualification or an MBA in Human Resources is an advantage
• 4-6 years of relevant HR experience
• Minimum of one (1) year leading an HR function
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work with little or no supervision
