Job Description

Alliance Chemicals Global is recruiting graduates for its 2026 Graduate Trainee Program, a two-year development opportunity designed to introduce participants to different areas of the company's operations. The programme covers five business divisions: Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Technical Sales & Development, and Sales.

Participants will spend the first year gaining experience across two different divisions before moving into their preferred area of specialisation in the second year. Each placement comes with supervisory support, while the final year provides access to a senior mentor and opportunities to take responsibility for measurable business results.

Responsibilities

The programme is structured around five specialist tracks:

  • Finance: Gain practical exposure to the company's financial operations and processes.

  • Supply Chain: Build experience across supply chain functions and business processes.
  • Technical Sales & Development: Gain exposure to technical sales activities and business development.
  • Sales: Develop practical experience in sales operations and commercial activities.

All trainees will participate in two six-month placements during the first year before proceeding to their selected division for the second year.

Requirements

Interested applicants should meet the following criteria:

  • Hold a First Class or Second Class Upper degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement or a related discipline.
  • Possess a BSc qualification, as specified in the programme description.
  • Be interested in developing professional experience across different business functions.
  • Be willing to participate in the two-year rotational and specialisation structure.

Benefits

  • Two-year structured graduate development programme.
  • Exposure to different business divisions through two six-month placements in the first year.
  • Dedicated supervisors during rotational placements.
  • Opportunity to specialise in a chosen division during the second year.
  • Guidance from a senior mentor.
  • Practical experience and responsibility for measurable business outcomes.
