Finance Specialist, Inventory (Kano State):

• Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile physical stock with financial systems
• Monitor inventory movements, stock variances, aging and potential losses
• Prepare inventory reports and support monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing
• Conduct root cause analysis of stock adjustments, write-offs and inventory losses
• Support audits, physical stock counts and inventory management improvements
• Collaborate with procurement, warehousing, supply chain and operations teams
• Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field | Minimum 3 years relevant experience in finance, inventory control or supply chain finance within FMCG or manufacturing | Strong knowledge of inventory accounting principles including standard costing, FIFO and weighted average methods | Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics | Strong Microsoft Excel skills
