The Enugu State Universal Basic Education Board (ENSUBEB) is recruiting 4,698 qualified teachers to strengthen basic education across the state's 17 Local Government Areas. Successful candidates will teach in public primary and junior secondary schools while contributing to quality education delivery.

• Igbo Language Teacher

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality classroom instruction in the assigned subject
• Prepare lesson plans and assess students' academic progress
• Support effective teaching and learning in public basic education schools
• Maintain accurate student records and classroom management
• Participate in school activities and professional development programmes

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Education (B.Ed., B.Sc. Ed., or B.A. Ed.), or
• Bachelor's Degree/HND in a relevant discipline plus a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE), or
• Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) in the relevant subject area
• Registration with the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) or proof of ongoing registration is mandatory
