What is the Global Leadership Challenge?
The GLC is an intensive leadership development initiative that focuses on responsible and sustainable leadership. Unlike traditional academic conferences or seminars, the GLC blends theory with practice, giving participants the chance to:

Theme for 2025: Sustainable Living at Scale
The theme of this year’s challenge is “Sustainable Living at Scale.” With rising populations, urbanization, and climate pressures, the question of how large communities can live sustainably has become more urgent than ever.
Participants will be tasked to design solutions that:

Promote eco-friendly lifestyles that are both accessible and affordable

Encourage healthier diets, cleaner consumption, and reduced waste
-
Align with real-world sustainability goals pursued by governments, NGOs, and businesses

Who is Eligible?
GLC 2025 is open to students and young professionals worldwide who demonstrate passion, leadership, and commitment to positive change.
You can apply if you are:

Enrolled in a Master’s or PhD program, or

A young professional aged 21–30 with a completed undergraduate degree
Additional requirements:

Strong interest or proven record in responsible leadership (academics, volunteering, community service, or work projects)

Availability for five half-day sessions between 11–15 December 2025

Commitment to attend all sessions fully in order to receive the Certificate of Achievement
Importantly, candidates from all academic disciplines are welcome—from sciences and engineering to social sciences, arts, and business.
