Responsibilities:
- Develop the right proposition and solution that will make the bank the preferred financial institution for players in this segment.
- Execute go-to-market strategies that enable the bank across branches to gain market share and win customers in this segment.
- Originate innovative financing and solutions for entrepreneurs in the technology sectors.
- Develop the right partnership that will strengthen the bank’s competitiveness in the segment.
- Develop and manage effectively support framework to aid across the network, best in service client relationship management and eliminate pain points for players in this segment.
- Strong marketplace knowledge and experience providing financing for entrepreneurs (in the Tech industry).
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and corporate governance requirements.
- Work with other Stakeholders to ensure completeness of documentation to safeguard the Bank’s position.
- Recommend and emplace procedures and controls that are adequate for business process agility.
- Communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders on business performance and related activities.
- Partake in the credit policy design/formulation process.
- Manage business profitability effectively.
- Ensure the cost of risk is within acceptable norms.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling opportunities for the Bank through collaboration with other SBUs.
