Job Summary

To lead the development, implementation, and execution of a long-term strategy for deepening and winning the sectorial market share in the education and healthcare segments including the following: Hospitals; Pharmaceutical Production; Pharmaceutical Stores; Medical Laboratories; Medical Equipment suppliers & logistics; HMO; Schools (Crèche – Secondary); Training and Vocational institutions; Tertiary institutions; Publishing and Printing.

  • Minimum Qualification:Degree
  • Experience Level:Mid level
  • Experience Length:7 years



Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop the right proposition and solution that will make the bank the preferred financial institution for players in this segment.
  • Execute go-to-market strategies that enable the bank across branches to gain market share and win customers in this segment.
  • Originate innovative financing and solutions for entrepreneurs in the education and healthcare sectors.
  • Develop the right partnership that will strengthen the bank’s competitiveness in the segment.
  • Develop and manage effectively support framework to aid across the network, best in service client relationship management, and eliminate pain points for players in this segment.
  • Work with other Stakeholders to ensure completeness of documentation to safeguard the Bank’s position.
  • Recommend and emplace procedures and controls that are adequate for business process agility.
  • Communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders on business performance and related activities.
  • Partake in the credit policy design/formulation process.
  • Manage business profitability effectively.
  • Ensure the cost of risk is within acceptable norms.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling opportunities for the Bank through collaboration with other SBUs.
