Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervising real estate construction and projects.
• Monitoring company assets and equipment.
• Reporting directly to the Managing Director on the day-to-day development and activities of the company.
• Negotiating and liaising with prospective customers
• Engaging procurement services on behalf of the company.

Requirements:

• The applicant must base or easily navigate within Lekki and Ibeju-Lekki axis.
• The applicant must be willing to visit the site regularly to and fro for a supervisory role.
