Job Responsibilities

·         Work closely with the regional team to monitor and solve any kind of delivery/product related issues on daily basis

·         Ensure maximum delivery success

·         Maintain proper communication with Issue resolution team

·         Take necessary steps to resolve any missing parcel issue

·         Coordinate with Hub supervisors for any requirements or updates

·         To ensure all parcels are received and delivered based on timelines

·         Develop system/process by coordinating with line manager to clear backlog on daily basis

·         Ensure the delivery success of high value products with priority basis

·         Delivery SLA meetup regular basis

·         Design and expand training and development programs based on the needs of the HUB

·         Maintain HUB wise data information (Like Supervisor, Delivery Agent & Others)

·         Maintain Time & Action Plan Daily Basis

·         Attending and arranging meeting regularly basis

·         Submit report in daily basis on Daily Return Process, Dispatch Return Parcel, Received parcel

Educational Requirements

·         Bachelor degree in any discipline

·         Skills Required: Microsoft Excel, Persuasive Skills

Experience Requirements

·         At least 3 year(s)

·         The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
E commerce, Operation

Additional Requirements

·         Age at least 30 years

·         Should have mentality to work anywhere in Bangladesh.

·         Ability to influence and manage people.
