We are looking to employ a dedicated and experienced site manager to oversee construction and interior design projects, as well as supervise the workers and work being done on-site. The site manager’s responsibilities will include interpreting design plans, demonstrating leadership skills, exceptional communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing projects from the beginning through to completion
- Daily site supervision
- Analyzing blueprints and supervising the completion of a project, to ensure that safety, budget, and design specifications and requirements are met
- Implementing and updating documentation as required, such as a site diary and incident report
- Reviewing project progress and maintaining frequent communication with the team by sending daily written reports on work being done on-site
- Coordinating and supervising workers on-site
- Maintaining and educating workers on safety/quality control rules on-site to minimize work-related accidents
- Recommending changes to operations or procedures, based on findings on site
- Identifying problems and profer solutions
Requirements:
- 0 - 3 years of experience in construction (architecture, building graduate) and/or site management
- Completion of post-secondary education in construction/ site management, or completion of a training program in a related field, preferably architecture
- Knowledgeable about building and construction, including safety regulations
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Outstanding leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Remuneration: NGN 100,000 - 120,000
