Job Details:
- Must be versed in Litigation and commercial law
- Attend meetings, take minutes and circulate same.
- Carry out research on issues on law, prepare and draft legal documents, opinions and articles and proffer legal advise
- Prepare Court processes and represent clients in court
- Advise clients on rights and responsibilities, liability, prosecuting or defending lawsuits, business transactions
- Company Secretarial functions
- Apply for and monitor applications at both the Lands Registries and Corporate Affairs Commission
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and government agencies
- Draft Commercial Agreements

- Exceptional verbal, written communication and presentation skills

- Must have practical experience in structuring transactions and drafting commercial agreements
- Must be a demonstrated team player.
Requirements:
- Must have leadership skills and quality to be a team leader.
- Must be of good character/personality.
- Must have verifiable records of commercial transactions concluded and/or Court of Appeal or Supreme Court trial.
- Must be at least 12 active years of practice.
- 10 - 15 years post-call
Salary: NGN200,000 upwards inclusive of pension and medical insurance.
