Job Summary
We are a total supply chain and logistics company established in 2012. We currently have an opening in our Haulage unit and we are seeking result-oriented talents who are capable of contributing innovative ideas, relish challenges and possess the drive and vision to excel to fill the position of a Senior Haulage Officer. You will be responsible for developing client relationships, planning & coordinating hitch-free day-to-day haulage operations including routing and scheduling.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Strategically plan routes & load scheduling for multi-drop deliveries
- Allocate resources & record movements on the transport planning system
- Develop a business relationship with clients.
- Book deliveries, liaise and negotiate transportation prices with clients
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
- Timely reporting of data and records.
- Strategically plan and manage, clients and customer services to optimize the full order cycle and customer satisfaction.
- Support the Head of the haulage unit to manage the fleet.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years post-degree work experience as a Haulage officer in a logistics industry
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
- Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
- Basic use of Microsoft Excel and the internet.
