Responsibilities:
- Lead the brand marketing team to continually enhance brand image, increase brand/products awareness across all communications and media actions on all channels including online and social media
- Device personal marketing strategies and increase brand awareness
- Recruit sales and marketing representatives and motivate them to constantly meet sales target.
- Provide support to the marketing team through advertisements, media, partnerships and relationship marketing: all geared towards creating funnels for the marketing team
- Create and implement short/mid/long-term (as may be demanded from time to time) marketing strategy for the brand.
- Other task as may be assigned by the managing director from time to time
Key Performance Measurement:
- Ability to constantly meet targets.
- High Level marketing skills.
- Number of sales lead generated directly from interactions (online/offline/events/adverts/campaigns etc)
- Good communication skills.
- Energetic and ability to lead.
Specification:
- Minimum of 2 years verifiable experience in a similar role.
- A smart individual with the ability to lead and meet targets.
Requirements:
- HND/Bsc Degree in any related field
Report Lines:
- Role reports to the Managing Director.
