Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the system-wide implementation of the Balanced Scorecard
• Liaise with vendors in conducting and management of training program
• Developing analysis, tools, and models using complex data in order to identify risk management opportunities and efficiencies
• Producing meaningful and accurate observations and recommendations for improving operational performance
• Presenting findings and recommendations to senior leaders in the organization
• Participating in projects related to claim management improvements and efficiencies
• Serving as an analytical resource to both the Performance Measures team and to internal business partners

Requirements: 

• Minimum of a First degree, an advanced degree will be an added advantage 
• Minimum 5 years post-graduation work experience with system optimization experience 
• Familiarity with performance measurement systems and software
• Demonstrable Leadership Ability

• Familiarity with Organizational Analysis and functioning of an organization
