The responsibility of an advisor as customer service associate will be to assist our customers end to end,High attention to details, accuracy, and quality.

for any queries around billing, package related and Broadband and Cable Setup box not working.

Ability to multi-task in usage of different applications and tools.

Prior international call center work experience preferred

UK shift : 12.30pm to 2.30am

Job Description

• Develop and write test scripts
• Define test cases against each requirement
• Exposure to developing automation scripts on network devices
• Test specification and test report preparation
• Understand and define sanity tests
• Good in understanding the requirements and define test cases
• Maintain traceability between requirements and test cases for 100% coverage
• Daily reports generation, weekly reports generation, stress testing, performance testing experience
