Security+CE / IAT II or Equivalent Job Description Monitor Marine Corps Enterprise Network (MCEN) unclassified (MCEN-N) and classified (MCEN-S) networks email, voice, and official message traffic. Perform Tier 1 First Contact Resolution and afterhours Regional Service Desk (RSD) support to include routine checks of network, ongoing maintenance, and operational support status. Inform the Senior Watch Officer of any service degradations or outages. Troubleshoot, resolve, and/or escalate technical issues. Open and close tickets. Correlate events and incidents for management of Information Technology (IT) Services.
