We are seeking an experienced Azure DevOps expert to join our team in maintaining and optimizing tasks on Azure DevOps, as well as training the team for effective usage. Key Responsibilities:
Increase Productivity with Azure DevOps: Maximize efficiency and streamline workflows using Azure DevOps tools and features.
Improve Understanding of Azure DevOps Tools and Use Cases: Enhance knowledge of Azure DevOps capabilities and best practices to drive business success.
Safeguard Code Repository from Internal Threats: Implement robust security measures to protect code repositories from internal threats and vulnerabilities.
Develop and Manage CI/CD Pipelines: Design, implement, and maintain efficient Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to ensure smooth software deployment.
Train and Mentor Team Members on Best Practices: Provide hands-on training and guidance to team members on Azure DevOps best practices, ensuring seamless adoption and usage.
Collaborate Across Teams to Streamline Workflows: Foster collaboration across teams to optimize workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and drive business growth.
Stay Updated on the Latest Azure DevOps Features: Stay current with the latest Azure DevOps features, enhancements, and updates to drive innovation and improvement.
Qualifications:
Experience with Azure DevOps Management: Proven track record of managing Azure DevOps environments, including configuration, setup, and maintenance.
Strong Grasp of DevOps Principles and CI/CD Pipelines: In-depth understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipeline design, and implementation.
Proven Ability to Train and Mentor Teams: Successful experience in training and mentoring teams on Azure DevOps best practices and software development methodologies.
Background in IT Project Management and Coding: Strong foundation in IT project management, coding, and software development principles.
Business Development Knowledge (a plus): Familiarity with business development principles and strategies a definite asset.
