Job Summary

We are looking for a business development Manager to develop and implement growth strategies for the achievement of revenue growth. The individual will help in researching and identifying new business opportunities

Job Description/Requirements


  • Presentation of various company’s products 
  • Manage clients’ relationships. 
  • Initiate and promote an aggressive marketing campaign 
  • Participate in the development and implementation of an effective marketing plan 
  • Identify and develop a market penetration strategy. 
  • Negotiate benefits packages with prospective clients. 
  • Promote the company as a brand of choice. 
  • Grow and sustain the market share of the company. 
  • Participate in benefit package development. 
  • Participate in product promotional programmes.


  • Minimum academic qualification of HND/B.SC in any field. 
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in the financial sector. 
  • Minimum of 3 years’ Senior Management position in an HMO company could be advantage. 
  • Must be able to drive sales nation-wide. 
  • Good mentoring & motivational skills. 
  • Proven ability to grow revenue. 
  • Pharmacist with HMO experience as an advantage

Remuneration Range:NGN 2 Million – 3.4 Million. This includes fixed pay, commission, and performance bonus. 

The remuneration will be based on experience, qualifications, and expected deliverables.
