Responsibilities:

• Assisting head chef in food preparation for the restaurant kitchen.
• Create and prepare all meal items as required for the business.
• Prepare, clean and organize ingredients used in the kitchen.
• Preparing a wide variety of Nigerian dishes.
• Monitoring of stocks for cooking and reporting to the manager.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Assistant or similar role.
• Hardworking and dedicated.

• Good knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation, modern cooking techniques and nutrition.
