Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced professional to modernize business applications currently running on an HP3000 platform. The successful candidate will have expertise in legacy HP 3000 modernization, with a strong background in HP 3000 Cobol refactoring into the latest Microfocus / Fujitsu Cobol.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in migrating HP IMAGE databases into MS SQL Server databases, and developing/converting VPlus UI to C# based web forms.
In addition, they will be able to convert JCL into SQL Server Jobs/Windows Scripts and migrate QUIZ (Reports), Maestro Scheduler and Super Tool scripts into modern platforms.
