Job Description/Requirements


  • Customer acquisition through Business Advisory 
  • Make our bank the Customer’s most preferred Bank for SME business
  • Work with the product team to continuously design and review appropriate  products to meet the unique requirements of the SME clients 
  • Ensure all customer feedback (external & internal) and complaints received are  resolved appropriately and promptly 
  • Effective stakeholder engagement and collaborations in driving the right  perceptions & procedures regarding SME business 
  • Create a Value-Add Services that endears the bank to customers
  • Set up and manage contacts/networks of potential SME investors
  • Create and manage platform/network between SMEs and network of investors
  • Define and create a proper value-added advisory solution for SME
  • Coordinate the provision of advisory services being offered to SMEs, identify, and solicit intervention funding (MSME, RSSF, BOI etc) 
  • Coordinate the work between the SME Head Office and Branch Staff/Loan  Officers in offering access to capital and value-added service

  • First degree in a numerate/ social science discipline. A second degree or professional qualification will be an added advantage. 
  • At least 10 years relevant experience in Banking, 5 of which is in SME Banking
