To drive the strategic direction for the digital and data risk management function across the organization and ensure that the Bank creates trust in the digital environment.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Establish enterprise-wide framework, procedures, and standards for identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting on technology and digital risk
  • Create a comprehensive and well-articulated digital fraud risk vision and corresponding technology roadmap that ensure that this vision is updated as the risk environment changes
  • Ensure enterprise-wide oversight and governance over technology risk management activities and emplace appropriate regulatory and program compliance
  • Coordinate Cybersecurity Risk Oversight governance, including reporting, and monitoring
  • Participate in ‘go to market" plans during the launch of new products/features. While creating together with stakeholders, and implementing, the risk mitigation framework and managing relevant risk issues pre and post-launch
  • Work as the key liaison between business, and technology teams in shaping the product and operational risk & compliance teams to ensure relevant risk assessment and readiness processes are in place.
  • Responsible for defining the risk management framework around new launches, securing buy-in from the operational risk/compliance teams, and ensuring the business/technology teams follow the relevant protocols


Requirements:

  • A first degree, in Accounting, Finance/Economics, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, and/or other business fields of study
  • Experience in evaluating technology that supports financial & operational application systems and related business processes
  • Deep understanding of digital data, emerging digital threats, and how fraud occurs in a digital environment
  • Deep industry knowledge of the role of analytics
  • Project management skills
  • Experience in working closely with risk, compliance, and other regulatory teams to roll out major IT/digital initiatives
