Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee operations and maintenance support for production applications in the Global RIM tower such as SKP, RC2/Portal, Securebase and OMP
Manage and coordinate with third party vendors and internal IT technology groups to resolve systems functionality and performance issues
Serves as the escalation point for any issues involving Global RIM applications
Confirm successful service transition of new operation and support capabilities for revised or new RIM applications
Ensure all incident and request tickets assigned to the support team are updated in ServiceNow in accordance with all stated SLA
