Technical/Functional Skills

  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing globally distributed hybrid teams

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow for tracking tickets and productivity reporting

  • Understanding of ITIL functions and their practical application

  • Experience managing successful continuous improvement initiatives

  • Familiarity with Progress 4GL, Progress Database, .NET, IIS Webserver, MSSQL Database

  • Familiarity with SafeKeeperPlus, SecureBase and IM's Business Operations

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee operations and maintenance support for production applications in the Global RIM tower such as SKP, RC2/Portal, Securebase and OMP

  • Manage and coordinate with third party vendors and internal IT technology groups to resolve systems functionality and performance issues

  • Serves as the escalation point for any issues involving Global RIM applications

  • Confirm successful service transition of new operation and support capabilities for revised or new RIM applications

  • Ensure all incident and request tickets assigned to the support team are updated in ServiceNow in accordance with all stated SLA
