Diesel Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team in Amsterdam, NY.

• Diesel Mechanics will diagnose and repair truck and trailer components such as doors, floors, side panels, electrical and air brake systems
• Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) on tractor and trailer equipment, including routine technical repairs and completing repair orders
• Diagnose and repair truck and trailer components

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of vehicles, from Class 8 trucks to yard tractors. You will also have access to the latest tools and technology, and will be able to take advantage of ongoing training and development opportunities.

This position requires at least one year of experience working on Class A trucks, and prior welding and fabrication experience is preferred. Experience working with air brakes, hydraulic & electrical systems is also required. Tire repair experience is a plus.
