Creative Graphic Designer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our team at Shortlist. As a key member of our design and marketing team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual assets that align with our brand identity and communication goals.

This role is ideal for a talented individual who can produce creative, accurate, and on-brand designs across various digital and print platforms. Your attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure will be essential in meeting project deadlines without compromising quality.

The successful candidate will have proven experience as a Junior Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.). You will also possess a strong eye for design, color, and detail, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging graphics for social media posts, advertisements, website assets, flyers, brochures, and presentations.
• Edit and produce high-quality video content for use in digital campaigns, social media, and internal communications.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing team to create visual concepts that meet company standards and requirements.

• Proven experience as a Junior Graphic Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
• Ability to edit and produce videos with a high standard of quality.
• A strong eye for design, color, and detail.
• Familiarity with the latest design trends and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
