Job Description/Requirements


  • Identify and qualify business owners who have a positive sentiment. 
  • Work reactively and proactively to build the community of business Advocates.
  • Responsible for Quality of Advocates and KPI of metrics around Productivity.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional partners to identify new ways to identify advocates
  • Represent the Clients brand with authenticity and integrity in every interaction


  • 1 - 2+ years of advocacy management experience
  • The ideal candidate should hold a BA or BSc degree
  • Oral and written communication fluency in French.
  • Has the ability to live and work in Nigeria
  • Has ample advocacy management experience and is able to be creative and innovative in the community management space
  • Has excellent social skills
  • Has excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Can work independently, but also manage/ influence others
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines amidst a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Is comfortable taking and giving feedback.
  • Has a can-do attitude and is flexible enough to change their style/ approach
  • Is curious and eager to learn
  • Has high professional and ethical standards

Remuneration: NGN 210,000 with other benefits
