Cloud Native Application Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Native Application Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in building, executing, and deploying cloud-native applications using the latest tech stack including Angular, React, .Net, JavaScript on the latest platforms Azure Kubernetes Services, Application Service Environments using DevOps / GitOps.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and be able to translate insurance buying requirements into software requirements. They will also be able to validate possible solutions against architectural guardrails and create diagrams and documentation to support and articulate design solutions.

In addition, the candidate will need to collaborate with other engineers through pair-programming and knowledge transfer sessions and expect coaching and mentoring from lead engineers who have a passion for technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Owning and responsible for building, execution and deploying cloud-native applications.
• Working with the latest tech stack including Angular, React, .Net, JavaScript on the latest platforms Azure Kubernetes Services, Application Service Environments using DevOps / GitOps.
• Translating insurance buying requirements into software requirements.
• Validating possible solutions against architectural guardrails.
• Creating diagrams and documentation to support and articulate design solutions.
• Collaborating with other engineers through pair-programming and knowledge transfer sessions.
