Responsibilities:

• Oversee plant operations, work with the shift team, and monitor team performance.
• Operate, clean, and maintain production machinery (e.g., PET Blower, Filling machine)
• Quality Inspections of the raw materials and final product
• Keep records of production, results, and downtime.
• Work with other production technicians and employees from administration to ensure optimal efficiency.
• Troubleshoots minor production line problems

Requirements:

• Strong computer skills with the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and the Internet
• Prior experience in production, manufacturing, distribution, and leading a team.
• Solid communication, team development, and relationship building.

Experience Preferred:

• PET Blowing Operation
• Filling Machine Operation
• Food/Beverage Processing Experience
